What is the Order Process for Hire?

Step 1: View the store

Step 2: Add the items you would like for your event to your cart

Step: 3: Once all the items have been added to your cart click checkout

Step 4: Fill out all the information blocks in the checkout. (please note you will not be charged for your order. It still needs to be confirmed by RentedSA.

Step 5: Once RentedSA has received your order information a representative will send you a quote, if you choose to accept the quote you will pay a 30% deposit included on your order. Please pay the deposit within 7 days of the delivery date to ensure ample time to process your order.

Step 6: You will also receive and online rental agreement form which must be signed and a final invoice.

Step 7: Pay the final invoice by direct deposit or upon delivery. If you would like to pay upon delivery RentedSA has a eftpos machine facility which charges a 1.4% surcharge.

Step 8: Once the items have been collected and the condition has been assessed your deposit amount will be refunded in a timely manner.

What types of events can I rent party equipment for?

you can rent party equipment for a wide range of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, anniversaries, fundraisers, graduations and more.

Do you have a premise and pick up and drop off options?

No, sorry we are currently an online party hire / rental business and at this point in time pick up and drop off is unavailable.

Do you have provide setup and pack down services?

Yes, we charge a flat rate of $100 to setup and pack down our equipment.

How much will delivery cost?

If you are not eligible for free delivery may range from $25 - $60 on both delivery and pickup

What happens if I break something?

If the party hire inventory is received damaged or excessively dirty, you may be liable to pay the $20 admin fee + any repair or replacement costs. However party hire equipment is subject to general wear and tear and if the damage is deemed to be general wear and tear, customers will not be charged for this.

Do we have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, RentedSA currently has Public Liability, if required RentedSA can produce a certificate of Insurance upon request.

I want to buy equipment, how does this work and what is the process?

To buy equipment navigate to the site header at the top of the page and click on the link ‘Store’ this will take you to the store. Select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your cart, some items will have free delivery'; see the item description. Once the items have been added to cart complete the checkout process, you will not be charged at this point as the order still needs to be confirmed by RentedSA. Your order will then be processed and you will receive and invoice, please pay the invoice and your order will be dispatched, delivery time should be within 2-3 weeks.

You currently don’t have the item I am looking for?

If RentedSA currently does not have the party hire equipment you are looking for, go to the home page and at the bottom of the page under suggestions submit a description of the party hire equipment you would like for your special event. If your lucky RentedSA may add the party hire equipment you suggested to their ever growing range of party hire equipment.
